Fariba Mehdian is a CPA and a leader in the Construction and Real Estate Industry. She serves all closely held businesses and their owners including General Contractors, Subcontractors, and Specialty Trade Contractors. In addition to performing accounting, and tax services, Fariba is proactive in assisting her clients in a management advisory capacity and works with her clients to maximize their business results by connecting them with the best resources in the industry. Fariba’s clients rely on her expertise to assist them with a variety of projects such as budgeting, forecasting, succession planning, transitioning the ownership, and tax planning.
Fariba has extensive experience with ESOP companies and has assisted clients in implementing drivers to maximize value to selling shareholders and developing an “ownership culture” in ESOP companies. Fariba is a member of AICPA, CALCPA, Surety Underwriter Association of Southern California, Associated General Contractors of California, Inc., Construction Financial Management Association. Fariba is also a Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional (CCIFP) as well as Certified Financial Forensic (CFF).
